Berlin: Deka acquires buildings of the Friedrich Carré for about 53 million Euro

Deka Immobilien has purchased two more buildings within the office-block "Friedrich Carré" in Berlin-Mitte for its public funds Deka Immobilien Europa. The vendor of the almost let properties in Friedrichstrasse 149 and Dorotheenstrasse 54 is DBR Friedrichscarrée GmbH & Co. KG, a property company of Primus Office Germany AS. The space of these properties is in total about 11,500 sqm, whereof there are 8,550 sqm office-spaces, 1,600 sqm archive or storage spaces and about 1,350 sqm retail spaces. As well there are 96 car parking places in the basement. The purchase price for these real estates is about 53 million Euros. The vendor was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle and Buse Heberer Fromm, the acquirer got counselled by Johs. Reese Immobilien Consulting. Already in the beginning of the year Deka Immobilien has purchased the other 4 buildings of the block "Friedrich Carré" for about 105 million Euros.
